Support for ST-Link & J-Link STMicroelectronics adapters

Hi,

I would like to add support for the following adapters: stlinkgdbtarget and jlinkgdbtarget,
which are the adapters for STMicroelectronics using ST-Link and J-Link probes, respectively.
Both adapters are based on the Debug Adapter Protocol.
