Welcome to PHI4-data-analysis! This project repository aims to use python pandas in jupyter notebook for PHI-base 4 data content analysis. PHI-base 4 data are displayed at www.phi-base.org.
The project will summarise data released by PHI-base 4 database and initially will transfer R-code previously used for this purpose. However, the aim is to develop additional displays and tools.
