[Bug]: Links within the same document are not working

Description

Links within the same document do not work.
Links work fine in English, but they do not work in Korean.
When clicking on links in the attached file, “Test” works, but the others do not.

For your information, all links in the attached document work properly in VSCode.

1. Open the link_not_working.md file
2. Click on "개요 및 설계 원칙" or "표준"
3. Verify that the link does not work

Hi @jwandyc, thanks so much for the detailed report and for attaching the sample file 🙏

This is a bug on our side. The heading-ID slug generator was using a regex that only kept ASCII letters and numbers, so any heading written in Korean (or Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Vietnamese, and most European languages with accents) ended up with a generic fallback ID that didn't match the link's target. That's why Test worked, but 개요 및 설계 원칙 and 표준 didn't.

The fix is committed and will ship in the upcoming v2.8.0 release.
