Clean up WP Support Forum

There are four years of unresolved threads on the WP Support Forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/footnotes/unresolved/

Except for the top 4, all of these have seen no action for at least a year. I think it would be a good idea to mark them all as resolved due to inactivity in order to tidy up the Support Forum.

@markcheret is there any way you can do this in bulk?

the moderation tools for plugin authors are pretty limited. I can get in touch with a forum mod, though on slack and have them bulk resolve those.

That's probably the best way then. New comments aren't even allowed on the old threads, so we can't even say 'Closing due to inactivity, please open a new thread if this is still an issue' (or something like that).

I also noticed that there is a new option in the 'Resolved' drop-down for 'Not a support question' which would be appropriate for some threads (e.g., this one), but I couldn't find any documentation on what that would actually do the thread so I didn't want to play around with it.

It just excludes it from the front-page counting (X of Y support cases solved in the last 2 months)
