SO THAT I can manage RoleLive comfortably
This issue covers internalization support only as infrastructure. Other languages do not need to be available at the moment.
AC1 - RoleLive language can be configured per guild (see configuration)
AC2 - English is the default language and the localisation assets for English are available from the beginning
AC3 - All RoleLive strings MUST be tagged and localisable using the chosen method of localisation
