First release for Instafel!

Hello,

I will be releasing the first release of Instafel soon. This version will only be available for arm64-v8a architecture for now, I will start automatic updates for armeabi-v7a arch. very soon.

This release includes the following features;

• Language Support (currently only Turkish and German)
• OTA Updates
• Developer Settings Menu

Soon the Flags feature will be activated and the basics of Instafel will be completed!
