latest esp3D in esp32-cam no recognice SD card

Nothing changed since a while - I see :

but per my experiment need to use 1Bit SDIO even some people can use 4bit, I guess it is due to some boards's quality and interaction with led on pin 2

I get a second 3D printer and some time for thinkering, old one was beta1 working fine, now I try to make the second a clone
I first used https://jasonwinfield.nz/esp3d-config-file/ setups so its FOUR_DIO worked up to 3.0.0-beta1

for expiriment
I flashed old firmware from 29-6-25 FOUR DIO work
I remade the 3.0.0-beta1 FOUR DIO just in case work

Flash 3.0.1 FOUR DIO (just esp3dfiles on UI) doent work
Flash 3.0.1 ONE_DIO work files in UI

so I think may be a bug in the FOUR DIO

I was not able to duplicate your issue on my ESP32Cam using several SD Card it was ok all the time
That said after some research it seems the 4bits is more sensitive to timing issue so I have tried to improve the code to do smarter get state in case of multiple successive request to sd.
So far code is working on 1 bit and 4 bits on my side.

I have also fixed some noisy output errors /logs from idf libraries on serial port

Be noted you set :

but there is no GPIO 33 available on ESP32 Cam, so not sure what is for

if you still have issue be sure you do not use the GPIO 4 for the camera led because it is used by the 4 bits SDIO access
as I see you set :

#define ESP_AUTOSTART_SCRIPT_FILE "autorun.gco"

so because on 4 bits there is really no possible pin change, I suggest you to disable:

#define DIRECT_PIN_FEATURE 

to avoid any mistake

You may want to give a try to latest git - it should display as 3.0.2

Not sure, I set the GPIO long ago, but remember there are a red led on esp32cam GPIO33. Also board has a eeset button I try to set up as reset pin. There are no M27 results with not shared SD , this is a GCODE for Printer SD or TFT SD if it support the command and if the ESP is connected to TFT serial port - so this is normal
SD from TFT is not same as SD on ESP32 Cam - I do not get what is your meaning

this is the SD inserted on my esp32cam with SDIO 4 bits

Note: On ESP32 no need to provide pins for the SDIO because they are hard coded in core unlike others ESP32 flavors (S2,S3, etc..)

in sdio 4 bits the led and sd share same pin so it will always flash
