Quick question, what is the best way to add hot reload, instead of docker images

Hi Luka! Wanted to send you a quick message. For building on your app, do you typically work with spinning up the backend and frontend separately?

I have been trying to build and contribute parts to the code, but without hot reload, it is a bit difficult to build on top of your app.

1. What do you recommend for building as you go with hot reloading?

PS, that said, I love your fundamentals, FastAPI and Vite are truly great choices/bones for an open source project!!
