Hi @lkuchenb, sorry to bother you again, would you soon have time to post the mouse TcRseq reference. My data is being sequenced now and I would like to analyse it with imseq.

Hi @momasao I'm afraid I currently don't have any resources to format the mouse reference accordingly. If someone wants to take this over I'm happy to merge the reference here.
