Publish Docs for uniffi binding someplace

In #160, I added a cargo make uniffi-swift-docs-macos. This spits out documentation that looks similar to xcode official documentation.

Let's put this someplace useful. Most elixir projects use https://hexdocs.pm/

That fork was just to show its usefulness/success. It points to my domain because all of my GitHub pages hosting uses my domain. If it's helpful for SEO or something, I can delete the gh-pages branch on my fork.
