As part of CI/CD, we need to incorporate static code analysis. We will use Soniq Cube in the initial implementation.

- Setup and kick-off static code analysis for submitted PRs.
- Document how this is done for future variations and support.
- Capture results.
- Update issue status based on results pass or fail.
