Karma module breaks when multiple cases are used for the same nick

Looks like I forgot to copy over case normalization from SpikeLite, which means that some users have multiple entries. This in turn causes LINQ to bork because it's expecting a single result.

1. Re-add case normalization
2. Clean up the current database
