Title: [Bug] Region/location selection field shows errors that persist even after refresh
Describe the bug
The region selection dropdown/tab on the application form is throwing errors. The field either won't load properly, shows an error state, or doesn't accept selections. Tried refreshing the page multiple times and the issue persists, it doesn't clear on its own.
This effectively blocks completing the application since region is likely a required field.
To Reproduce
- Go to a Lever-hosted job application form
- Scroll to the region selection field
- Attempt to interact with it
- Observe the error
- Refresh the page -> error remains
- Refresh again -> still there
Expected behavior
The region dropdown should load correctly and allow the user to select their region without errors. If there's a data-fetching issue, it should retry or show a meaningful error message with a way to recover.
