Title: [Bug] Uploaded resume gets cleared/unloaded repeatedly during application flow
Describe the bug
While filling out a job application on a Lever-hosted page, the resume file that was already uploaded keeps getting cleared. You upload it, continue filling out other fields, and at some point the upload is just gone — back to empty. Have to re-upload multiple times during a single application, which is pretty frustrating.
Not 100% sure what triggers it — might be related to interacting with other form fields, or some kind of re-render/state reset happening in the background. But it's happened consistently across multiple attempts.
To Reproduce
- Go to a Lever-hosted job application form
- Upload a resume (PDF)
- Continue filling out the rest of the form (education, checkboxes, etc.)
- Scroll back up or attempt to submit
- Notice the resume upload field is now empty again
- Have to re-upload
Expected behavior
Once a file is uploaded, it should persist through the entire form session until the user explicitly removes it or submits the application.
