MIT license. Just prefer to fork instead of reuploading.

Some people tend to download the project and then upload to their own profile after deleting the original owner's commits. This was what I meant by "reuploading".

Ah, yes, saw that a couple of times. No good. Most times that went along with removing/replacing copyright comments from the code as well – thus falsely claiming the project as one's own code.

I'm totally with you: a fork is much to prefer, "reupload" should be avoided completely.
