Atorch BW150, or DL24. Running test. On physical LCD I see Energy (Ene) in "Wh", but on this app - "N/A". Bluetooth.

I do not own either of these devices so I am unable to test or reproduce.

Support for the DL24 was added in #2 by @danielskowronski.

Can you capture any of the BLE broadcasts to help debug?

Ok, how? I have PC, win10, Ubuntu, root phone

You can look through the code and console debug messages. You may need to edit some code to add the necessary debug output.

Unfortunately this is not something I have time to walk you through at this time. But if you are able to identify the bug or submit a good PR, I can implement the fix.
