The NaNs in the Mass column for transfers results in errors in downstream packages (Prosit, PickedGroupFDR).
We can easily calculate these masses since we have charge and m/z.
N.B.: MaxQuant puts the calculated mass in the Mass column, whereas SIMSI puts the experimental mass.
