Since I assume it is abandoned, I have forked it here, which contains at least 2.9.0dev.9 released August 1st, up to date as of 2021 Sep 02. It may be more up-to-date than that, I doubt I will check this issue.
I intend to add some of my own changes to lynx as well, but will try to add branches that contain only the official releases.
