Rename go-deploy

The functionality of go-deploy has changed quite a lot since its inception, and the name doesn't really reflect all the features it has now. Especially if we merge sys-api, the name makes even less sense.

We can discuss this in the issue here, everyone feel free to propose names and discuss this.

How about just api. The repo would be kthcloud/api, pretty cool. We could also remove one part of the URI since sys-api and go-deploy merge, making the URI https://api.cloud.cbh.kth.se/v2 - aka just api
