Ability to remote control via OSC

Here are some additional ideas on how to make this more versatile:

• allow all of the configuration & control functionality to be changed remotely without having to stop and restart the app via OSC so that the config can be altered as needed
• allow the video-follows-audio functionality to be disabled entirely if needed without stopping the app
• choose which M/E the switching should be applied to (in case of having more than one M/E available)
• emit OSC messages as to what input should be selected too, so that this can be integrated with other control systems
• allow only OSC messages to be emitted, if needed

Again, really nice what you've done.
