Maven Helper Context Menu missing

Describe the bug
Probably since the last IntelliJ upgrade, the Maven Helper context menu entry is missing from the project tree.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click in project structure
2. See no Maven Helper menu entry

Expected behavior

1. Right click in project structure
2. See Maven Helper menu entry
