Remove some characters in lookup's output

· and ⸀ are unnecessary, e.g. here:

Removal of other characters like , and ; should also be considered.

This should be handled after the verse is received from SWORD. The SWORD library has some filtering options, but they are not complete -- bibref needs its own filter, too.
