Weather plugin seems no longer to be maintained

The last update was 9 months ago and I have opened (and fixed locally) a number of issues reported with it. Can someone check with the owner what the intentions are ?

A day ? You mean it was only a single commit ? It is a nice plugin but needs some work. I can get around the annoying bits, changed files locally, just wondered if there is still plans for it.

Ah, yeah, but the others were opened in November last year and there is no response. I just wondered if someone should clone it and do a fix-er-upper on it. The replace spaces by %20 is one line of code and actually auto:ip would be a suggestion for the postal code for countries outside US,UK, Canada, etc etc. simple things really to answer.
