Image breakage on HTML versions of the textbook

With uBlock (A ad Blocking plugin) All images in the textbook disappear.

Happens on both discretemath.org and your personal one at faculty.uml.edu

Not sure what is causing it so im notifying both parties.

Also the faculty website copy is down A LOT with it complaining about an SSL_ERROR_UNSAFE_NEGOTIATION

Also I'm saddened to hear of Al Doerr's passing. You have my condolences and I thank both of you for your approach to making the textbook available.
