The font is not detected as a monospace font.

Even Windows Terminal, VS, etc. failed to know that this is a coding font, a monospace font.
Anything to do with glyphs or something else?

Seems like a duplicate of #1
As explained in there, Windows Terminal and some Linux distros consider a font "monospace" when ALL characters are the same size. This font has most characters the same size, but not all.

To make the font truly monospaced you'd have to remove all glyphs that aren't 80 wide, that includes kika's ligatures so it basically defeats the purpose of this font.
