"-f "artist_name==Jane Doe"" doesn't work with Korean characters

When I try to run a variant of the "elbisaur history -f "artist_name==Jane Doe" -a 2024-01-17 -b 2024-01-18 -c 200 -o jane.jsonl" command with the artist name in Korean characters, there are no results when there should be.

I can't reproduce this inside bash with UTF-8 encoding on Linux.
What is your terminal and which text encoding is it using? If it is not UTF-8 that is probably the reason.
