Proxy page isn't working (dont know how to select speed)

Hi there

If i'm wanting only the fastest servers (conenction and resposne time) how would i go about getting this?

Also How do we get the ip address from looking like this <HideMyAss::Proxy::Hidester https://198.50.142.47:3128> to this https://198.50.142.47:3128

you can do it like follows assuming that you are using v1.2.0

require 'hidemyass'

proxies   = HideMyAss.proxies { |p| p.speed <= max_time_in_milliseconds }
proxy_ips = proxies.map(&:ip)

This is how you can interact with a proxy. See the code for the full list of methods.

require 'hidemyass'

proxy = HideMyAss.proxies!.first

proxy.url
# => 'https://198.50.142.47:3128'
proxy.rel_url
# => '198.50.142.47:3128'
proxy.protocol
# => 'http'
proxy.ssl?
# => false
proxy.ip
# => '198.50.142.47'
proxy.port
# => 3128

Hi there,

Another quick issue, Something actually cropped up the other day using this (may have requested a few times) but i got undefined method scan. If it crops up again i'll stop what im doing and show it :) 👍
