Make more Tips - Custom

Add the posibility to define Custom Folders ,where personal or private Tips can be stored.

For Example: D:\My Hot Tips\ (maybe add a folder selection into the Options Dialog)

Possible way to solve this:

add custom.json to D:\My Hot Tips, let the User edit it. Read the Files from that location as well, so that the Tips are not affected by an Update of Hot Tips.

Reason for this Wish: Not everyone uses the same Hot-Keys, or have custom Extensions (Resharper) activ, so it makes not sense to include it into the Standard github repo.

Thanks for the idea.
I built a tip provider so tips can come from other places. The "CustomTipProvider" could be configured to read the tips from a file the user's local dir, or even a shared team folder, etc.

Note: I don't put out ReSharper tips. The tips that come with Hot Tips are based on core Visual Studio functionality. (ie. Duplicate Code and Expand Selection are in the box now.)
The shortcuts given are the ones users will have if they are using the Default mapping scheme and have no customizations.

It would be very tricky (but possible!) to determine what shortcuts the users have bound to the various commands. I wonder if we could find a way to expose that. ;-)
If the tip info had a list of "related commands", then the UI could ask DTE for all shortcuts bound to that command and display them on the box.
