coil_def.dat needs update

#### Context
The file coil_def.dat appears to be different between brainstorm-tools/brainstorm3 and mne-tools/mne-python repos.
#### Action
1. Go to https://github.com/mne-tools/mne-python/blob/main/mne/data/coil_def.dat.
2. Checkout the latest commit and verify that the file is infact different from ```toolbox/io/private/coil_def.dat```.
3. Update ```coil_def.dat``` and commit changes.
