[Feature] Add Pagination adapter

There are plenty of pagination lib around for PHP,
could we ship some kind of adapter for them?

• Both Pagerfanta and PagerfantaBundle are looking for maintainers: whiteoctober/Pagerfanta#278
• KnpPaginatorBundle is ok now
• Doctrine's Paginator is not a complete replacement of Pagerfanta/KnpPaginator.
• Symfony is thinking about providing a component: [RFC] Paginator component symfony/symfony#27276 but not started yet
• There is no Pagination interface in https://www.php-fig.org/psr/
• FOSElasticaBundle rely on PagerFanta: https://github.com/FriendsOfSymfony/FOSElasticaBundle/blob/9932489a92a2d752bbf97e7c5beae7f6c68be8da/src/Paginator/FantaPaginatorAdapter.php

I don't want to be stuck on one implementation and it looks there is no consensus in the PHP community.
