Turtle dumping items into lava

When the turtle is over lava and cant place a chest, it dumps it into lava. please try to change that.

dont put the chest right next to lava

which program is it because I think is a strip mining program but I think that issue does not exist but just in case I later add block detection code to make sure that there is a chest below it before dumping items
