storing weather data in repository

does the weather data need to be stored in the repository and committed? there is merge conflicts when the user downloads weather data that is newer than in the repo and then the repo gets updated.

We should definitely remove the “big” weather file. But we should probably leave the individual months and it should be updated as needed. Jessica
