Current implementation of versionnumber plugin sets environment variable only
for build, it is not available in build publishers. Attached is the patch making
it available both in build and publishers (tested with description setter -
setting description based on variable and with artifact publisher - getting
artifacts based on version number variable).
(Would have set versionnumber subcomponent but it's not on the list?)
