Script doesn't support Windows OS in other languages

Function Get-ProxySettings checks for strings only working for Windows OS localized in English language.

Other languages return localized strings that do not work with this detection method.

You could use a funtion similar to next one that would work in any language:

function Get-WinHttpProxyStatus {

        ProxyServers    = $proxyServers
