idea: Option for thicker title bar

Problem Statement

I generally keep the application not maximized, and sometimes need to move it around without it just jumping to the next monitor.

Feature Idea

Have an option in the settings for the title bar to be thicker so that clicking on it to drag the window is more convenient. Bonus points if it stays thin most of the time and if your mouse gets close to it, it gets thicker.
