Quick actions no longer available in beta version 2.12.0

Description:

In beta version 2.12.0, long pressing the IVPN app icon no longer displays the Connect and Disconnect quick actions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install IVPN beta version 2.12.0.
2. Log in to the app.
3. From the home screen, long-press the IVPN app icon.
4. Observe that the Connect and Disconnect quick actions are not displayed.
