BMAD Skills etc #8

@Laoujin

Description

@Laoujin

Create an example skills folder:

  • an abstraction around git worktree
    • also present alternatives (gas town, native claude etc)
  • issues: a workflow
    • create issue skill (or turn the backlog into issues)
    • workflow suggestions (prios labels, claim labels)
  • use something else but github issues (research options)
  • context management --> need to research this
  • fleshing out a user story (ux, ...) so the AI makes exactly what you want
  • architecture templates
    • coding style (linters, analyzers, testing)
    • TDD coding
    • Pick DDD, layered, ...
  • bmad info (which agents to use for which flows)
    • bmad alternatives: Kiro, SpecIt?
  • research more things that should be prepared for an AI Vibe Coding Bootcamp
  • how to install/use the mcp servers
  • notification skill that you need to give input
    • also research what else off one-of skills could be useful for bootcamp

This could be an onboarding wizard that each team decides together as first thing...
(mention this in the pptx)

Guardrails improvements:

  • create CI artifact: code coverage
  • auto-deploy with CI
  • setup pre-push / pre-commit hooks
  • check for more guardrails (ArchUnit?)
