As ish cannot provide support to students with portal problems, this will make it considerably easier for staff to resolve portal issues without the need of ish Support's involvement.

If the student/tutor is also enrolled in/works at another college with the same credentials, this data would not be visible to the Admin user. Only the data from the Admin's college would be visible to them.
