Idea: Consider `tifffile` as a dependency for processing which doesn't need `gdal`

Not an easy short term goal, but for coregistered stacks which require no stitching/reprojection, there's no reason why, in theory, we need gdal/rasterio.
Having a code path which avoids GDAL would make dolphin fully pip-installable.
