filter by number broken

If looking for a number by "greater than" or "less than", it wont work.

Apparently if I search for greater than year 1985, it will show numbers 1986-89, but not 1990+.
If I search greater than year 198, it will show years 1980-1989.

the recent update fixed it somewhat, but it introduced a new problem. Now the equal operation only accept strict match not partial match, making searching for instances like armor property impossible. I propose adding a fourth operator "contains", that function same as equal in the previous releases. It accepts partial matches.
