Rename Module and Alias

Reasons for renaming:

psedit module exists in VS Code remote sessions and ISE
psedit alias also exists in VS Code remote sessions and ISE

Proposed Module Name: IronmanSoftware.PSEdit
Proposed Alias Behavior: Define psedit if it does not exist.

Definitely open to other suggestions!

My initial thought is IronmanSoftware.PSEditor. Although, the module only has a single command. Could there be related commands in the future related to editing files? I'm just brainstorming here, but maybe there would be a TUI hex viewer in the future. Maybe something with alternate streams? Planning for the future, I'd suggest a broader name like IronmanSoftware.PSEditorServices. You might even consider a company prefix on the noun, like Show-IronEditor or Show-ISEditor. While I'm at it, shouldn't Open be the better verb?
