Support for setting a fan curve on Linux for Arc Pro B-Series cards

As far as I can see, there is currently no option to set a fan curve for the Arc Pro B-Series cards like the B60. The sound level seems very unreasonable for a workstation card, even if it sits comfortably at 34°C or something. Somehow it even gets quieter when under load, but after it's done, fans go off like a jet engine. I'd really like to allow some higher temps without the fan going crazy.

Do you plan on adding this option any time soon?

XPUM uses L0 Sysman API to control things like that: https://oneapi-src.github.io/level-zero-spec/level-zero/latest/sysman/api.html#fan

However, L0 driver backend does not currently support that on BMG: intel/compute-runtime#885

and that would be needed first.
