Document symbol request reporting seems broken #199
Description
- Does not update when changes are made to the file
- Names of objects are duplicated as symbols next to them (fixed)
- Will, on occassion, disappear and become unavailable
Uncertain if root cause is actually in document symbols or workspace symbols
