As being discussed in details over email, the band-averaged profiles from the gptool branch show some inconsistencies with those from the noRFIx and RFIClean branches (example is attached). Resolving this issue should be confirmed by matching:
(1) the sub-banded or channel profiles between all three branches (for the relatively RFI-free parts of the band), and
(2) the ToAs (could be frequency-resolved) obtained from all the three branches.
