+**celkarteringspolygoon**: afgebakend polygoon binnen de steekproefeenheid met voorkomen van het beoogde habitattype.
+
+**MNM**: Meetnetten Natuurlijk Milieu.
+Deze meetnetten hebben als doel de toestand en trend van milieudrukken in het natuurlijk milieu op het niveau van Vlaanderen op te volgen ter ondersteuning van het natuurbeleid.
+Hiervoor dient de abiotiek in Natura 2000-habitats en regionaal belangrijke biotopen te worden gemonitord.
+Eén meetnet volgt één milieudruk op in een specifiek compartiment (grondwater, oppervlaktewater, bodem, inundatiewater of atmosfeer).
+
+**peilbuis**: een peilbuis met in het ondergrondse deel een filterelement over de hele lengte voor het meten van de grondwaterstand nabij het maaiveld.
+Grondwater kan over de volledige ondergrondse lengte van het instrument door perforaties naar binnen en naar buiten stromen.
+De filter snijdt steeds met de grondwaterstand, behalve als het grondwaterpeil boven het maaiveld uitstijgt.
+Het waterpeil in de buis wijkt weinig of niet af van de grondwaterstand.
+Strikt gezien moet dit een grondwaterstandsbuis noemen, maar de term peilbuis is zodanig algemeen in gebruik dat het gebruiken van een nieuwe term tot nog veel meer verwarring zou leiden.
+
+**piëzometer**: een buis met een filterelement van enkele tientallen centimeter (de INBO afspraak is 50 cm) voor het meten van de stijghoogte (of ook drukhoogte) op een bepaalde diepte.
+Het peil in de buis komt overeen met de druk ter hoogte van de filter en die kan verschillen van het grondwaterpeil.
+De stijghoogte is de resultante van de hydraulische druk die ter hoogte van de filter in de ondergrond heerst.
+De stijghoogte kan hoger, gelijk of lager zijn dan de grondwaterstand.
+Bij de analyse van de chemische samenstelling heeft een piëzometer minder risico op invloed van insijpelend regenwater.
+Bovendien wijkt de hydrostatische druk in de meeste gevallen niet of nauwelijks af van het grondwaterpeil als de piëzometer “kort” is (doorgaans \< 2-3 meter).
+
+**steekproefeenheid** of meetlocatie: een individueel element van de steekproef.
+Een steekproefeenheid is een rastercel van 32 m op 32 m in geval van terrestrische types, een 100 m-segment in geval van stromende wateren, de hele plas in geval van stilstaande wateren en de ganse habitatvlek in geval van habitattype 7220.
+
+**TAW**: Tweede Algemene Waterpassing.
+Lokale referentiehoogte vanwaar hoogtemetingen kunnen worden bepaald.
+Het gemiddeld zeeniveau bij laagwater te Oostende wordt gebruikt als nulpeil.
+
+**Watina** staat voor “WATer In NAtuur” en is een databank voor hydrologische monitoring in natuurgebieden.
+In deze online databank kunnen gegevens over waterstanden en de chemische samenstelling van water in natuurgebieden ingevoerd en opgevraagd worden.
+
+## Doelstelling en toepassingsgebied
+
+Dit protocol beschrijft het manueel plaatsen van een koppel ondiepe peilbuis en ondiepe piëzometer met automatische druksensor in een geschikte terrestrische en aquatische steekproefeenheid van het meetnet eutrofiëring via het grondwater (meetnet GW_03.3).
+De installatie dient om de stikstoftoestand van het ondiepe freatische grondwater binnen grondwaterafhankelijke habitattypes op te volgen (met behulp va nitraat- en ammoniumconcentratie in het grondwater), maar ook om de verklarende variabelen (vb. stijghoogte, pH, geleidend vermogen) en variabelen voor kwaliteitscontrole (vb. concentratie van de belangrijkste anionen en katione ter controle van de ionenbalans) te bepalen.
+
+Dit protocol wordt pas doorlopen als de steekproefeenheid recent (minder dan 1,5 jaar voor de installatie) als geschikt werd beoordeeld volgens de locatie-evaluatie (zie protocol [spp-002-nl 2025.03](https://inbo.github.io/protocols/2025.03/index.html) voor terrestrische types).
+Een steekproefeenheid is geschikt als in het celmidden van de rastercel, ergens in de rastercel, in het segment, in de plas of in de grot het doeltype voorkomt waarvoor de steekproefeenheid werd getrokken.

+# Overkoepelende werkwijze met verwijzing naar subprotocols
+

+De steekproefeenheden waar een peilbuis-piëzometerkoppel dient te worden geïnstalleerd, worden aangeleverd na de locatie-evaluatie en worden beschikbaar gesteld via een beveiligde server of andere route.
+Via een GIS-applicatie (vb. QGIS en QField) worden ze gevisualiseerd aangeboden voor de communicatie van gegevens voor de organisatie op terrein (*outbound*) en de op terrein verzamelde gegegevens (*inbound*).
+
+## Voorbereiding van het bezoek aan de steekproefeenheid
+
+Controleer in de GIS-applicatie wie de eigenaar en/of beheerder is van het gebied waarin de steekproefeenheid gelegen is.
+Toets af bij de meetnetverantwoordelijke of projectcoördinator of:
+
+- vergunningen of toelatingen voorzien zijn;
+- je bezoek en de plaatsing van de peilbuis en piëzometer is gemeld bij de eigenaar en/of beheerder (vb. privé-eigenaars en openbare besturen, boswachters en regiobeheerders van ANB, consulenten en conservators van Natuurpunt, Limburgs Landschap, vzw Durme, ...);
+- er tijdelijke beperking is van toegang (vb. tijdens het broedseizoen)
+- een controle in het [KLIP-portaal](https://klip.vlaanderen.be/public) noodzakelijk en uitgevoerd is, om graafschade te voorkomen aan kabels en leidingen.
+
+Kondig je terreinbezoek minstens twee dagen op voorhand aan bij de terreinbeheerder.
+Toegankelijkheid van militaire gebieden dient een week voor het terreinbezoek aangevraagd te worden via mail aan het betreffende kwartier, met de boswachter in cc.
+Zij laten weten op welke dagen en tussen welke uren je het terrein mag betreden.
+Bij het betreden en het verlaten van het terrein op de dag zelf dien je telkens telefonisch contact op te nemen met de kwartiercommandant.
+
+## Bezoek de steekproefeenheid
+
+Navigeer naar de steekproefeenheid met behulp van een RTK-GPS-ontvanger of de GPS-ontvanger van je tablet of smartphone.
+In terrestrische steekproefeenheden is het celmidden aangeduid met markeeranker en meetmerk (en eventueel met bamboestok), waardoor een GPS-ontvanger in je tablet of smartphone voldoende zal zijn om het celmidden terug te vinden.
+Als je het markeeranker met meetmerk toch niet terugvindt, dien je een RTK-GPS-ontvanger te gebruiken en moet je misschien later terugkomen.
+Geef dit aan in de GIS-applicatie.
+
+Het terugvinden van aquatische steekproefeenheden vereist sowieso geen nauwkeurige locatiebepaling; een GPS-ontvanger zal daar volstaan.
+Het vinden van een reeds geselecteerd staalnamepunt van een aquatisch type (zie [protocol spp-116-nl 2024.05](https://inbo.github.io/protocols/2024.05/index.html) en [protocol spp-117-nl 2024.06](https://inbo.github.io/protocols/2024.06/index.html) vereist wel het gebruik van een RTK-GPS-ontvanger.
+
+## Optioneel: gebruik van bestaande meetlocaties
+
+Vele duizenden buizen werden reeds geplaatst in Vlaanderen de voorbije decennia, zoals te zien is in de Watina-databank.
+De kans bestaat dat er reeds een peilbuis of piëzometer aanwezig is in de buurt van de opgegeven steekproefeenheid.
+De keuze om een nabijgelegen bestaande peilbuis of piëzometer op te nemen in het grondwatermeetnet van de MNM in plaats van een nieuwe te plaatsen, is afhankelijk van de afstand tussen de bestaande en de nieuw te plaatsen buis, de kwaliteit van de plaatsing van de bestaande buis, de status van de bestaande buis en de kwaliteit en lengte van de lopende tijdsreeks van de bestaande buis.
+Hieronder worden de criteria in detail beschreven.
+
+### nabijgelegenheid van bestaand meetpunt
+
+meetpunten die binnen de steekproefeenheid of een straal van 10m van deze eenheid liggen komen in aanmerking.
+Er mogen geen geografische barrières of verschillen aanwezig zijn zoals grachten of hellingen.
+Het meetpunt ligt binnen hetzelfde habitattype als dat van het celkarteringspolygoon.
+
+### kwaliteit van de plaatsing van de bestaande buis
+
+Volgende zaken zijn gedefinieerd in de Watina-databank: - lengte van de buis, lengte van de filter en diameter zijn gedefinieerd - de diameter bedraagt 5cm - de lengte van de filter bedraagt 40-60 cm - de boorstaat is beschreven.
+
+### status van de buis, lengte en kwaliteit van de tijdsreeksen
+
+- het overnemen van een bestaand meetpunt mag niet ten koste gaan van lopend onderzoek. Controleer steeds de toestand en eigenaar van de buis in de Watina-databank. Neem bij actief bemeten buizen steeds De bestaande buizen die hiervoor in aanmerking komen, zijn gevisualiseerd in de GIS-applicatie. Evalueer best toch nog ter plaatse of de bestaande buis kan gebruikt worden en toets dit af met de eigenaar en/of beheerder.Volgende criteria moeten in acht genomen worden: De peilbuis wordt manueel/handmatig opgemeten.
+
+### koppeling met bestaande MNM-meetpunten
+
+Koppeling met reeds bestaande random MNM-locaties is mogelijk indien aan onderstaande voorwaarden wordt voldaan: - de cellen raken elkaar, inclusief de cellen die diagonaal raken via de hoekpunten.De celkateringspolygonen hoeven elkaar niet te raken.De cellen vertegenwoordigen hetzelde habitattype.
+
+## Positionering en evaluatie van installatiepunt(en)
+
+Afhankelijk van het doeltype beschik je over een set van random punten waar het doeltype aanwezig is en waar peilbuis en piëzometer kunnen geïnstalleeerd worden.
+Deze zijn via desktop-analyse of analyse ter plaatse reeds gegenereerd:
+
+- terrestrische types: binnen het celkarteringspolygoon in celmiddengebaseerde types of waar het type gedetecteerd is in celgebaseerde types (1320, 2150, 6210_sk, 6430_bz en 7150 en de rbb-types brem- en gaspeldoornstruweel (rbbsg) en doornstruweel (rbbsp)), met uitsparing van het permanente kwadrant (3 m op 3 m; in bossen 10 m op 10 m) voor de monitoring van de biotische habitatkwaliteit en buffer van 1 m errond;
+
+- aquatische types:
+
+ - stilstaande wateren: in 50 m brede zone rond de plas, beperkt tot een gebied van 30 graden rond de richting van de sterkste helling (bepaald over een range van 500 m);
+ - stromende wateren (3260): in een zone tussen de 20 en 50 m van de middellijn van de stroom, beperkt door de loodlijnen op de segmenteindes, en aan de kant met de grootste helling
+
+- type 7220: in een 20-m-brede zone van de grootste helling, net buiten het habitat (tot 100 m van de habitatvlek hellingopwaarts en tot 10 m van de habitatvlek hellingafwaarts), om betreding van de gevoelige vegetatie te voorkomen.
+
+De lijst met random punten per steekproefeenheid is beschikbaar in de GIS-applicatie.
+Open de lijst en loop de punten in de lijst systematisch in volgorde af.
+Evalueer of het eerstvolgende installatiepunt voldoet aan de volgende criteria:
+
+- voldoende grote oppervlakte van de habitatvlek: de habitatvlek van het doeltype moet minstens 9 m² groot zijn zodat bij het plaatsen van de peilbuis en piëzometer niet de ganse habitatvlek verstoort;
+- er is geen hinder van obstakels op het punt (bvb. een omgevallen boom)
+
+**Let op**: wanneer je een plaats zoekt om een peilbuis of piëzometer te plaatsen, heb je misschien de neiging om het punt voorzien voor installatie te verplaatsen in functie van beheer (vb. hinder bij maaien of ruimen, op een uitsleeppiste,...), de bereikbaarheid, de zichtbaarheid of persoonlijke voorkeur van de eigenaar of beheerder.Het systematisch verplaatsen van meetpunten, bijvoorbeeld naar de rand van een perceel waar minder hinder optreedt, leiden tot een systematische fout in de meting van de milieuvariabelen op de standplaats.
+Het wordt daarom aangeraden om:
+
+- het beoogde punt voor de plaatsing van een peilbuis en/of piëzometer niet te verplaatsen tenzij het op het beoogde punt zeker beschadigd zou geraken of het door de eigenaar of beheerder absoluut niet wordt toegestaan;
+- als je afwijkt van het beoogde punt, dit te beperken tot 10 m van het beoogde punt;
+- als dit niet mogelijk is, de locatie te beoordelen als niet geschikte steekproefeenheid en dan worden de peilbuis en piëzometer niet geplaatst.
+
+Indien er een kaartlaag beschikbaar is met toevallige ("random") alternatieve plaatsingspuntjes binnen de cel en binnen het doelpolygoon (celkartering), dan is de volgorde van de benummering (stijgend) bepalend voor de keuze van een alternatieve plaatsingspunt.
+Kies dan bij voorkeur het celmidden (puntje 0), indien onbeschikbaar puntje 1, enz.
+
+
+De alternatieve plaatsingspuntjes zijn toevallig gekozen, maar met een grotere kans voor punten dichter bij het celmidden.
+Per uitzondering, bv. als onmiddellijk na een ad-hoc-loceval nog geen toevalspuntjes beschikbaar zijn of bij gebrek aan ontvangst van de precisie-GPS-ontvanger, én na overleg met de meetnetverantwoordelijke kan deze verdelingsfunctie experimenteel nagebootst worden.
+Tracht steeds de random gegenereerde toevalspuntjes te verkrijgen, eventueel door contact op te nemen met de data scientist die deze op vraag kan genereren.
+Gebruik deze aanpak enkel in nood.
+Hiervoor kunnen randomgetallen gegenereerd worden met een app op je telefoon, tussen de minimale en maximale coördinaten van de easting en de northing.
+Als allerlaatste toevluchtsoord kan een bij voorkeur convex voorwerp met een lage elasticiteitsmodulus verticaal naar boven gegooid worden vanuit het celmidden.
+Tracht hierbij rekening te houden met de windrichting en -sterkte.
+Om blessures bij deze procedure te voorkomen mag dit voorwerp niet te zwaar zijn; best geschikt is een WC-rol in een plastieken zakje.
+De plek waar het voorwerp neervalt of waar je terechtkomt na toepassen van het random gegenereerde nummer is de plaats van installatie en mag niet verder verschuiven.
+De procedure wordt herhaald als de zo verkregen installatieplaats buiten de celkarteringspolygoon valt of binnen het MHQ-proefvlak.
+Vraag voor deze uitzonderlijke en ingewikkelde procedure vooraf toestemming van en biotieker, een datawetenschapper, een statisticus, en de meetnetverantwoordelijke.
+
+
+## Plaatsen en geografisch inmeten van piëzometer en peilbuis
+
+Voor het plaatsen van de peilbuis en de piëzometer volg je het protocol 'Richtlijnen voor het plaatsen van peilbuizen' [sfp-104-nl 2025.01](https://inbo.github.io/protocols/2025.01/index.html).
+
+Volg hierbij, in het kader van het meetnet eutrofiëring via het grondwater van de MNM, de volgende projectspecifieke richtlijnen die een (lichte) afwijking of een verfijning zijn van het bovenstaand protocol:
+
+### uitvoeren van de boring

+Controleer de grondwaterafhankelijkheid van het type in de rastercel in onderstaande tabel.

+Dit type grondwaterafhankelijk op (bijna) alle locaties.
+Hier wordt geboord tot je de reductiehorizont of het grondwater tegenkomt in de bovenste 3,5 m van de bodem: - kom je de reductiehorizont tegen in die bovenste 3,5 m, boor dan tot 1 m onder de bovenkant van de reductiehorizont (de maximale diepte van de onderkant van de peilbuis en piëzometer is dus 4,5 m); - als je reductiehorizont niet herkent of tegenkomt in die bovenste 3,5 m en je komt al grondwater tegen, boor dan tot 1 m onder de huidige grondwaterstand (de maximale diepte van de onderkant van de peilbuis en piëzometer is dus 4,5 m); - kom je geen van beide tegen tot op 3,5 m diepte, neem dan contact op met de meetnetverantwoordelijke.
+
+Is het type terrestrisch en behoort het tot GD1 of GD0?
+
+Dit betreft een terrestrisch type dat grondwaterafhankelijk op een deel van de locaties is (GD1) of niet grondwaterafhankelijk is (GD0).
+Wanneer de bovenzijde van de reductiehorizont of de grondwatertafel niet aangetroffen wordt binnen een diepte van 2.5m dan maakt de locatie geen onderdeel uit van de doelpopulatie van GW_03.3.De installatie wordt dan volledig gestaakt.
+Kom je de grondwatertafel of reductiehorizont wel tegen, dan boor je 1m onder de bovenkant van de reductiehorizont.
+De bevindingen worden gerapporteerd via de GIS-app.
+
+Is het type aquatisch en GD2?
+
+Hier refereren we aan het (oppervlakte)waterpeil van het nabijgelegen doelhabitat, terwijl we de buis meer stroomopwaarts / veelal buiten habitat plaatsen.
+De diepte van de filter moet hier dus diep genoeg zitten om het grondwater te treffen dat het oppervlaktewater beïnvloedt.Dat is potentieel dieper in steilere situaties.
+We beschouwen de limiet hier het niveau van het oppervlaktewater + 0,5(?)m.
+Indien er geen grondwater voorkomt binnen deze zone wijst dit op een op hydrologisch geïsoleerde plas met geen of maar heel beperkte grondwaterinvloed.
+In dit geval wordt de installatie gestaakt en de bevinding genoteerd in de GIS-app.
+
+Aanwezigheid van ondiepe kleilenzen
+
+Deze situatie kan zich voordoen in infiltratiegebieden, vaak met aanwezigheid van vennen, in zandige regio's.
+Bij aanwezigheid van ondiepe kleilenzen in de gereduceerde of waterverzadigde zone mag afgeweken worden van de 1m-regel onder de reductiehorizont.
+We willen immers voorkomen dat de kleilens doorboord wordt en er verticale drainage optreedt.
+Het geperforeerde deel van zowel peilbuis als piëzometer mag de watervoerende lagen onder en boven de kleilens niet met elkaar verbinden.
+Hier worden de buizen op de kleilens geplaatst.
+Bij eventuele doorboring wordt de ondoorlaatbaarheid van de laag hersteld aan de hand van een bentonietstop.
+
+Drooggevallen reductiehorizont
+
+Indien het een extreem verdroogde locatie betreft (grondwater komt niet voor 1m onder de reductiehorizont) dan wordt de plaatsing gestaakt.
+
+### plaatsing en naamgeving van de buizen
+
+- plaats buizen in PVC (want de waterstalen genomen voor eutrofiëring via het grondwater worden niet geanalyseerd op zware metalen of andere stoffen die kunnen interageren met het materiaal van de buis);
+- voorzie bij het klaarmaken van de buis onderaan een stuk filterelement van 60 cm;
+- plaats per steekproefeenheid telkens één piëzometer en één peilbuis, tot dezelfde diepte
+- noteer in de GIS-tool op welke diepte de onderkant van de peilbuis en piëzometer is geplaatst en op basis van welk criterium (reductiehorizont of grondwater) of geef aan dat er geen peilbuis of piëzometer is geplaatst.
+- de peilbuis krijgt steeds een watinacode die 100 volgnummers hoger ligt dan de piëzometer (bijvoorbeeld ZWAP101 en ZWAP001);
+- plaats steeds een metalen beschermbuis over de piëzometer;
+- noteer de watinacode aan de binnenzijde of op de beschermkap van de beschermkoker, vermeld hierbij de versienummer, beginnende bij X, bvb ZWAP101X);
+- plaats een paal in hoge, dichte vegetatie om de peilbuis terug te vinden en op plaatsen waar gemaaid wordt;
+- breng bijkomende bescherming aan bij begrazingbeheer. Dit kan d.m.v. omheining of omplanking. Toets het gebruik van prikkeldraad af met de terreinbeheerder.
+- geef bij voorkeur de verzamelde gegevens digitaal in, in Watina of via de GIS-applicatie (vb. boorverslag) en gebruik papieren veldnotities enkel als het digitaal niet kan (vb. te veel neerslag, te koud).
+
+## Plaatsen van automatische druksensor
+
+In elke piëzometer plaats je een druksensor.
+Een druksensor meet een druk die het resultaat is van de hoogte van de waterkolom boven de sensor en de atmosferische druk.
+Een druk van 1 millibar luchtdruk komt overeen met de druk van 1 cm waterkolom.
+De atmosferische druk wordt gecompenseerd met barometermetingen.
+Wanneer het peil onder de sensor zakt meet de sensor enkel nog de atmosferische druk.
+
+Neem een druksensor (vb. Troll 100) en selecteer uit de lijst het serienummer van de sensor voor die steekproefeenheid in de GIS-applicatie.
+Programmeer de druksensor via de software op de veldtablet, met behulp van een Bluetooth-verbinding of rechtstreekse connectie.
+Stel de meetfrequentie in (uurlijks) en controleer de vrije opslagruimte en batterij van de druksensor of die kan functioneren bij de gekozen instellingen gedurende de volgende zes maaanden.
+
+Maak de druksensor vast aan het uiteinde van de rol kabel met behulp van de kabelklemmen.
+Laat de sensor met de kabel in de piëzometer zakken, tot onder de laagst mogelijke grondwaterstand maar 10 cm boven de bodem van de peilbuis waar water met slib kan blijven staan zelfs wanneer het grondwaterpeil onder de piëzometer zakt.
+Markeer de hoogte van de bovenkant van de piëzometer op de kabel en haal de sensor weer uit de piëzometer.
+Een vijftal cm voorbij de markering knip je de kabel door met de kniptang.
+Bevestig het uiteinde van de afgeknipte kabel aan de onderzijde van het peilbuisslot en controleer of de druksensor goed bevestigd is.
+Plaats de druksensor aan de draad in de piëzometer.
+Plaats het peilbuisslot in de opening van de buis en draai de vijs op het slot vast.
+
+## Geografisch inmeten van peilbuis en piëzometer
+
+Als geen RTK-GPS-ontvanger beschikbaar was bij het plaatsen van de peilbuis en piëzometer, dien je later (bij voorkeur binnen de 3 maanden) met de RTK-GPS-ontvanger terug te komen om de geografische locatie (x,y,z) ervan nauwkeurig in te meten.

+
+## Bepaling van de gemiddelde maaiveldhoogte van het celkarteringspolygoon
+
+Binnen elk celkarteringspolygoon wordt een gemiddelde maaiveldhoogte bepaald met RTK-GPS.
+Je voert deze hoogtebepaling uit op 20 random punten.
+Deze punten worden ter beschikking gesteld in de GIS-applicatie.Je volgt hierbij de toegekende rangorde van de punten.
+Bij de overname van een bestaande buis buiten het celkarteringspolygoon wordt nog steeds het oorspronkelijke celkarteringspolygoon opgemeten.
+
+## Terrestrische types en 7220: inmeten van maaiveldhoogte
+
+In het geval van steekproefeenheden van terrestrische types en type 7220 dient de maaiveldhoogte bepaald te worden.
+Dit kan onmiddellijk na de plaatsing van de peilbuis en piëzometer maar kan ook op een later tijdstip.
+Om de lokale ruimtelijke variatie in maaiveldhoogte in de rastercel mee in rekening te brengen, wordt de maaiveldhoogte bepaald op tien random getrokken punten rond de geïnstalleerde peilbuis en piëzometer.
+Met de RTK-GPS-ontvanger bepaal je de maaiveldhoogte door op tien op voorhand getrokken punten in de rastercel.
+Geef de gemeten maaiveldhoogtes in in de GIS-applicatie.
+
+## Aquatische types: plaatsen en geografisch inmeten van peilschaal
+
+In het geval van aquatische types (lentisch en lotisch), plaats je ook een peilschaal.
+De verklarende variabele voor stikstoftoestand in het grondwater is hier namelijk het verschil tussen grondwaterpeil en oppervlaktewaterpeil.
+Volg hiervoor [protocol SVP-119](https://drive.google.com/file/d/129ch-zbjzQi3BkX0wRm0KSrM6fvwlwH8/view).
+Als een RTK-GPS-ontvanger mee op het terreinbezoek is gebracht, kan onmiddellijk na plaatsing van de peilschaal de geografische locatie (x,y,z) ervan nauwkeurig worden bepaald.
+Als geen RTK-GPS-ontvanger beschikbaar was bij het plaatsen van de peilschaal, dien je later (bij voorkeur binnen de 3 maanden) met de RTK-GPS-ontvanger terug te komen om de geografische locatie (x,y,z) ervan nauwkeurig in te meten.
+
+## Controle
+
+Controleer na één maand de werking van de peilbuis en piëzometer.
+Controleer of de peilbuis en piëzometer voldoende water aanvoeren door ze leeg te pompen en het hervullen op te volgen.
+Vanaf één maand na installatie en na controle kunnen ze gebruikt worden voor staalname.
+De controle en het leegpompen voor de staalname kunnen dus samen uitgevoerd worden.

+## Richtlijnen
+
+Volg de stappen in de GIS-applicatie om er zeker van te zijn dat alle nodige informatie digitaal genoteerd wordt.
+Wanneer je tablet of laptop verbonden is met het internet, worden de in de applicatie ingegeven waarden onmiddellijk doorgestuurd naar de server.
+Heeft je tablet of smartphone tijdelijk geen internetconnectie, controleer dan zeker bij het afronden van je veldwerk (vb. wanneer je in de wagen stapt voor je wegrijdt) dat de informatie is doorgestuurd naar de server.
+Controleer voor je op terrein vertrekt steeds of je alle relevante protocollen, veldsleutels en benodigdheden mee hebt.
+
+## Vereiste competenties
+
+- Nauwkeurigheid: het vastleggen van veldwaarnemingen vereisen een grote mate van nauwkeurigheid;
+- Goed vermogen om te plannen en te organiseren: bij de implementatie van meetnetten moeten tal van veld- en desktopactiviteiten gepland, georganiseerd en op elkaar afgestemd worden, en dit zowel ruimtelijk als in tijd. De veldmedewerker moet in staat zijn om hier zelfstandig of in overleg met de meetnetverantwoordelijke of projectcoördinator uitvoering aan te geven.
+- Zelfstandigheid: de staalnemer moet in staat zijn om het veldwerk zelfstandig uit te voeren. Uiteraard is het steeds mogelijk om inhoudelijke of praktische bijstand te vragen aan collega’s binnen en buiten het projectteam.
+- Goed vermogen tot samenwerken en communiceren
+- Fysiek in staat om het protocol in veilige omstandigheden te kunnen uitvoeren.
+
+## Feedback
+
+Problemen of onduidelijkheden tijdens het uitvoeren van het protocol dienen gemeld te worden aan de meetnetverantwoordelijke of projectcoördinator.
+Zij nemen in overleg de nodige stappen om deze problemen of onduidelijkheden op te lossen of te voorkomen.

+ C. indicate the Licensed Material is licensed under this Public License, and include the text of, or the URI or hyperlink to, this Public License.
