naming / description mismatch for storage class references

What do you think needs to be updated?

I believe the storage-class names and iops are mismatched for these two items:

ibmc-vpc-file-retain-1000-iops | 3000 IOPs and Retain reclaim policy. | First generation
ibmc-vpc-file-retain-3000-iops | 1000 IOPs and Retain reclaim policy. | First generation

Anything else?
