Loading/Error Substates

How do I define loading and error substates with flexi layouts?

Currently one uses the standard templates: https://guides.emberjs.com/v2.10.0/routing/loading-and-error-substates/

Flexi does not yet support flexi layouts for the loading and error substates. This feature shouldn't be too hard to add if someone would like to give it a shot.
