date problem with comments from discourse

I wrote a comment at 10:14 (GMT+2)
on the blog (it was 10:34 GMT+2 at the time of viewing), it is said it has been written 18h ago, and the hover shows 8:14

The 8:14 vs 10:14 is not really a mess and having all comments date being UTC is fine, but I do not understand the 18h…Discourse.hoa-project.net
