language problem

The mod doesn't turn on because i guess it detects language of my operating system even though minecraft language is set to en_us and i tried turning off language auto detect in mod's config. Why? It literally either crashes a server or crashes my game (i tried setting it up on a server and simply downloading it through modrinth and running it in singleplayer, neither works). Is there a way to make that "feature" a little less agressive?

Any error log? In theory, it should not affect gameplay even if not configured properly, crashing game is not expected.
