Upfront, I admire your work here.

Would it possible to fill ExifProfile from the metadata?
I can see some values like location or creation_date in AVMetadata.ContainerMetadata and I'm thinking if we could parse them in a structure way.

I would be interested in submitting a PR if you're interested, although my knowledge in this area is very limited.

There are two ways to do this:

1. Use a separate parameter for AVDecoderOptions
2. Make it as default and respect DecoderOptions.SkipMetadata

I think the second option is suitable for most users. But I'm open to other suggestions.

We can also map rotation metadata to ExifTag.Orientation like this:
